About the speakers:
Emily Chang is an organisational psychologist, facilitator, learning designer and executive and founder coach with extensive experience supporting researchers and research teams to translate ideas into real-world impact.
Emily is Partner and Co-founder of Cruxes Innovation, where she works with research organisations to build research-industry innovation teams and develop the skills needed to form sustained partnerships with industry, community and government. She has coached more than 50 research teams to explore pathways for their research to create impact, drawing on approaches including lean innovation, design thinking, business model design, systems thinking, team performance and change management.
Her previous roles include Head of Product for CSIRO’s ON Program, where she led the design and delivery of innovation programs including ON Accelerate, ON Prime and Launch Camp, and Resident Entrepreneur and Researcher to Impact Program Facilitator at the University of Sydney’s INCUBATE.
Emily holds a Master of Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychological Science from The University of Queensland.
